What You'll Do
- Prototype LLM-based features (chatbots, agents, RAG pipelines)
- Fine-tune and evaluate models using real client data
- Build Python pipelines for data cleaning and embeddings
- Research new papers, tools, and techniques — share learnings weekly
- Contribute to production features alongside senior engineers
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in CS, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Solid Python fundamentals
- Basic understanding of ML concepts (supervised learning, neural networks, embeddings)
- Genuine curiosity about LLMs and AI tooling
- Willingness to learn fast and ship code
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI/Anthropic APIs
- Kaggle competitions or personal ML projects
- PyTorch or TensorFlow experience
